1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work reliably, to remember your choices, and to give website owners a basic understanding of how their pages are used.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other data on your device. You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings — more on that in Section 6 below.
2. Cookie Types We Use
Essential Cookies
Always activeRequired for the site to function. They manage your session state, remember your cookie consent decision, and ensure secure page delivery. Without them, the site cannot work properly.
Duration: session & up to 12 months · Cannot be disabled
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors move through this site — which pages are read most, how long visitors stay, and how they arrived. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Provider: Google Analytics · Duration: up to 14 months · Optional
Marketing Cookies
Used to measure the reach of any outreach we run, and to avoid showing you the same content repeatedly. We use these sparingly and only where a campaign is active.
Duration: up to 90 days · Optional · Disabled by default
Preference Cookies
Remember choices you have made — such as language or display preferences — so you do not have to re-select them on each visit.
Duration: up to 12 months · Optional
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we use. These include:
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our homepage (sets cookies to maintain the map iframe)
We do not use social media tracking cookies or advertising network cookies by default. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the cookies it sets.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies either expire when you close your browser (session cookies) or remain until a set expiry date (persistent cookies).
| Category | Type | Max duration |
|---|---|---|
