What We Offer

Three ways to work with us.

Each session is organisational. None of what we do constitutes financial or legal advice. We read together, we map what is there, and we keep the folder in order.

Single session records map session

Single-Session Records Map

A three-hour one-on-one session that produces a personal records map — a one-page document showing where every important household paper lives, what is missing, and what reference materials are publicly available for further reading. Purely organisational; no interpretation of individual situations.

  • One-page records map produced during session
  • List of missing documents identified
  • Public reference list for independent reading

Group reading series on retirement documentation

Group Reading Series

A series of four reading sessions held over four weeks, focused on publicly available material describing how national retirement schemes are commonly documented. Participants read and discuss together with a discussion leader who points to relevant pages. A printed reading pack of public-source references is included.

  • Four weekly group sessions
  • Printed reading pack of public references
  • Discussion-led, not advice-led

Household records programme for the year

Household Records Programme

A year-long programme for households wanting to maintain a clean records system on a steady rhythm. Includes a set-up session, three quarterly check-in sessions, and a closing review session where the folder is refreshed and re-organised. A structured family records folder is provided at year's end.

  • Set-up, three check-ins, closing review
  • Structured family records folder at close
  • Purely organisational throughout the year

Why Pensaria

What makes this work different.

Unhurried by design

Sessions are paced for careful reading, not quick summaries. There is time to pause on a page, ask what it says, and note where to find more.

Purely organisational

We map, sort, and label. We do not interpret what any document means for your personal circumstances or suggest any course of action.

Small groups, open pace

Group reading series are kept small so that every participant has space to read at their own pace and raise questions about what they are reading.

One clear map at the end

The records map session ends with a tangible document — one page showing exactly where each paper is kept and what is still missing from the household file.

A steady yearly rhythm

The year-long programme builds a quiet discipline around keeping records current, so a household is never scrambling to locate paperwork at short notice.

Public source references

All reading material comes from publicly available sources — EPF, KWAP, and PERKESO publications — so participants can return to the same texts independently.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What exactly happens during a records map session? +

We spend three hours going through the documents you bring or have at home. Together we identify what is there, where it is kept, and what common household papers appear to be missing. At the end, you leave with a one-page map. We do not tell you what any document means for your particular situation.

Is this a financial advisory service? +

No. Pensaria does not hold a financial advisory licence and does not provide financial advice. Our sessions are organisational and educational in nature. We read published documents together and help you keep your household paperwork in order. If you need financial advice, you should speak with a licensed adviser.

What documents should I bring to the records map session? +

Bring whatever you have — EPF statements, KWAP letters, insurance policy documents, property titles, bank passbooks, will copies, and any other household papers you are unsure about. Do not worry if your documents are disorganised; that is precisely what the session is for.

How many people attend the group reading series? +

We keep groups small — typically between four and eight participants. This ensures there is enough time for every person to read the material at their own pace and raise questions about the text. Sessions are held at our Greentown Business Centre premises.

Can my spouse or family member join the household programme? +

Yes. The household records programme is designed for a household, not just one person. A spouse or adult family member is welcome to attend the sessions. The year-long rhythm tends to work best when the whole household is involved.

Are the prices inclusive of materials? +

Yes. The records map session (RM 490) includes the one-page records map document. The group reading series (RM 1,650) includes a printed reading pack. The household records programme (RM 4,380) includes a structured family records folder provided at the end of the year. No additional material costs apply.
